What's Giclée?

Giclée (zhee’clay) is the first and only fine art print to be made with an ink jet printer, but importantly, not all inkjet prints are Giclée prints. The quality of a Giclée print is far superior to all other forms of art printing.

Pigment-based inks (as opposed to dye) and specialist archival papers are used to create beautiful rich colours that will last for many years without fading. If your print is looked after properly it should still be looking great in 100 years or so!

Everything we do is printed on 310gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper which has a slight texture to it. This creates strong colours, deep blacks and is high in contrast.
